This project required a custom material that was not available locally. MCG coordinated offshore fabrication of wave-form stainless steel panels, managing the process from shop drawings through to production and delivery.

The key challenge was maintaining consistent wave geometry across multiple panels while allowing for curved and angled applications. Each panel was CNC formed and manufactured to precise dimensions to ensure alignment across joints, returns and corners.

Panels were modularised for transport and installation, reducing site risk and ensuring buildability. By controlling both fabrication and detailing, MCG delivered a solution that met the architectural intent while remaining practical for construction.
