This project adopted a factory-integrated approach, with key components pre-assembled prior to delivery to improve coordination and reduce on-site assembly.
MCG coordinated multiple material packages, including glazing, joinery, feature elements and furniture, ensuring all components were detailed and aligned prior to production.
Particular attention was given to curved elements and custom finishes, with fabrication controlled to achieve accuracy, consistency and integration across different trades.
By delivering the scope as a coordinated package, the project achieved reduced on-site labour, simplified installation and improved programme efficiency.
This approach also enabled better cost control and a more predictable delivery outcome for the fit-out.
